A properly functioning digestive system (gut) is critical to good health. In fact, 60 -80% of our immune system is located in our gut, and 90% of our neurotransmitters (chemicals responsible for regulating mood) such as serotonin are made in our gut.

Tinospora Cordifolia ( Chittamruthu)

We are introducing a wonderful herb for people suffering from Diabetes Mellitus (Elevated blood sugar levels). Medicinal value of this herb is clearly explained in ancient Ayurvedic Texts. If we use this herb properly, it will cure Type 2 Diabetes permanently.

Botanical Name: Tinospora Cordifolia
Family: Menispermaceae

How to use

We use the stem of this plant to cure the disease. Cut the stem in 2 inches length and simply crush, put the crushed stem in 200ml glass of drinking water. Keep the water with the crushed content for 12 hours, to allow the starch of the plant stem to get fully dissolved in water.

Diabetic patients should drink this water after 12 hours on a daily basis for a period of 60 days.  Periodical blood sugar levels should be checked during this treatment so that we can avoid blood sugar levels going below normal.

This is herbal treatment has no side effects reported. Effectiveness of this medicine is proven with thousands of diabetes patients recovered completely and leading a normal life.

This plant should be grown and cultivated using organic systems of agriculture and should be processed under hygienic standards to get the maximum benefits.

Diabetes is the leading cause of blindness and kidney failure among adults. It causes mild to severe nerve damage that, coupled with diabetes-related circulation problems, often leads to the loss of a leg or foot. Diabetes significantly increases the risk of heart disease.

What Is Type 2 Diabetes?

Our cells depend on a single simple sugar, glucose, for most of their energy needs. That's why the body has intricate mechanisms in place to make sure glucose levels in the bloodstream don't go too low or soar too high.

When you eat, most digestible carbohydrates are converted into glucose and rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream. Any rise in blood sugar signals the pancreas to make and release insulin. This hormone instructs cells to sponge up glucose. Without it, glucose floats around the bloodstream, unable to slip inside the cells that need it.

The word fiber (North American) can also be spelled fibre (British). Fiber is the structural part of a plant that supports and holds it together. Fiber is also known as roughage. It is the indigestible part of plant foods that pushes through our digestive system, absorbing water along the way and easing bowel movements.

Fiber is made up of non-starch polysaccharides, such as cellulose, dextrins, inulin, lignin, chitins, pectins, beta-glucans, waxes and oligosaccharides. The word fiber is misleading, because many types of dietary fibers are not fibers at all.

Our heart is a pump that keeps blood moving around our body. It delivers oxygen and nutrients to all parts of our body, and carries away unwanted carbon dioxide and waste products. As our heart muscle contracts, it pushes blood through our heart. With each contraction, or heartbeat:
  • Our heart pumps blood forward from its left side, through the aorta (the main artery leaving the heart) and into the arteries. Blood from the right side is pumped to our lungs.
  • The blood continues through the arteries, which divide off into smaller and smaller branches of microscopic capillaries. Travelling through this network of capillaries, blood reaches every part of our body.
  • The blood then travels back to the heart from the capillaries into the veins. The branches of the veins join to form larger veins, which deliver the blood back to the right side of our heart.
